Duration: 2 Days / 1 Night

Day 1 — Arrive & Reset

  • 12:00 PM – Check-in + welcome herbal tea

  • 1:00 PM – Light, satvic lunch with farm-sourced produce

  • 2:30 PM – Microgreens Growing Workshop

    • Learn about seeds, trays, and growing your own greens at home

    • Plant your first tray and take it back with you

  • 4:30 PM – Free time to journal, explore the garden, or just rest

  • 6:00 PM – Evening Mindfulness Circle + Herbal Tea Session

    • Gentle breathwork, grounding meditation, and open sharing

  • 8:00 PM – Dinner: clean, plant-based, and deeply nourishing

Day 2 — Move & Reflect

  • 6:30 AM – Morning Yoga Session in the garden

    • Slow movement, deep breathing, beginner-friendly

  • 8:00 AM – Light yogic breakfast

We’re about 45–60 minutes from Andheri or Bandra, depending on traffic. Easy to reach, hard to believe it’s this close.

Is the microgreens workshop hands-on?

Yes , you’ll sow your own tray, learn how to grow them at home, and take it back with you.

Is the food vegetarian?

100%. We serve fresh, plant-based satvic meals that are light, local, and nourishing.

Is mobile network available?

Yes, but we encourage digital detox. There’s no Wi-Fi, and that’s intentional.
